Recognition of Firefighters' Patron Day

To mark the celebration of Firefighters' Patron Day, the Provincial Fire Consortium of Malaga has publicly recognized the work of several service members who are also members of our NGO, Firefighters Search and Rescue Spain, for their past intervention during the heavy rains suffered in the Malaga municipality of Secadero (Casares).

This recognition highlights the commitment, the vocation of service, and the dedication that many of our colleagues demonstrate every day, both in their respective fire stations and in the humanitarian and international cooperation interventions in which our organization participates.

For our organization, it is a source of immense pride that professionals who are part of our team receive these types of institutional distinctions. Their operational experience, continuous training, and spirit of helpfulness are also the foundation upon which we develop our search and rescue projects, specialized training, and international cooperation.

From Firefighters Search and Rescue Spain, we want to extend our most sincere congratulations to all the firefighters recognized today and thank the Provincial Fire Consortium of Malaga for this gesture that highlights the important work performed by emergency professionals.

We will continue working with the same vocation for service, bringing our experience and commitment wherever necessary.

Also noteworthy is the great role played by other members of our organization, including Juan Luis de la Cerda and Alejandro Córdoba, who did not hesitate to join the operation.

Congratulations, colleagues.
